From supporting youth education and taking part in cultural initiatives to contributing to conversations about technology and customer experience, we continued to strengthen our impact where it matters most. Here’s a look at what defined the start of the year at Pontica. ## **Supporting Youth & Community Growth** ### **#wesupporttheYOUNG: Donations in Sofia & Varna****** As part of our commitment to youth development, we supported two Bulgarian schools this spring by providing computer equipment and mentorship. In Sofia, we donated new computers to [**153 Sports School “Neofit Rilski”**](https://www.nrilski153.org/), giving students improved access to digital tools and resources. In Varna, we equipped** **[**High School “Dimcho Debelyanov”**](http://www.sou-ddeb.com/) with technology for their “Digital World” competition – an event encouraging students to apply technical knowledge and think creatively. Several colleagues also joined as mentors, helping participants shape their business ideas and gain practical insights.
