**A high-tech HR organization** with 25+ years of global experience, known for delivering large-scale workforce solutions and trusted by enterprise organizations across industries.

**The Challenge**

The company needed to e**xpand rapidly within the EU, build multilingual support teams, and maintain consistency in high-risk workflows** such as verifications, implementations, adjudication, and onboarding.
