Most powerful is he who has himself in his own power.
Ivanina Ivanova, Training Coordinator
Before I became a part of the Pontica team, I worked as technical support for two large outsourcing companies. My first job was in Varna, after which I moved to Sofia. After a few years in France and my work experience thus far, I realized that the most important thing for me is to be a part of a company, which values its employees and gives them the opportunity to grow and develop. That is the main reason why I am delighted to be a part of the Pontica Solutions team. I believe that my current position corresponds ideally to my education and plans for development. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Social sciences in 2018 at the ‘Paul –Valéry – Montpellier 3’ university in southern France. I believe that my education has helped me understand how the social system and the French institutions work and this helps me apply my knowledge in practice, not as often as I would like though. While I was in France, I started studying remotely in the field of economics at UNWE and am currently in my fourth year hoping to graduate. I have a strong interest in psychology and since I want to improve my knowledge in the field, last year I graduated my master’s degree at the university of ‘Paul –Valéry – Montpellier 3’ where I studied remotely so that I can be able to work at the same time.
I feel right at home at Pontica Solutions and what motivates me is the friendly atmosphere, which in my opinion, gives everyone the opportunity to work up their potential. I like my colleagues as they are professional and individual people from which I can learn a lot. This environment motivates me to strive to learn new things and develop myself every day. I believe I am progressing through my work goals and organizational habits and this is very fulfilling.
Ivanina after work
In my spare time, I like spending time with my family and have nature walks. I value deeply the time I spend with my beloved and our troublesome pet cat. Like everyone else, I like to travel, but I prefer more secluded places. Sometimes I cook with made-up recipes, which often do not end up as expected but this helps me deal with failure, learn from my mistakes, and try again. I like helping others and would like to involve myself in voluntary initiatives when I can. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity more and more in the future.
