YOUR ROLE:

  • Reviewing and validating customer documentation.
  • Ensuring all required documents comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding document status and any additional requirements.
  • Regularly checking and updating customer documents to ensure that none have expired.
  • Staying informed about regulatory changes related to customer documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Working closely with other departments to address any documentation-related issues promptly.
  • Providing clear and concise communication to internal teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in a back-office role or similar position.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the online gaming industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
