YOUR ROLE:
- Reviewing and validating customer documentation.
- Ensuring all required documents comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding document status and any additional requirements.
- Regularly checking and updating customer documents to ensure that none have expired.
- Staying informed about regulatory changes related to customer documentation and compliance requirements.
- Working closely with other departments to address any documentation-related issues promptly.
- Providing clear and concise communication to internal teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Previous experience in a back-office role or similar position.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the online gaming industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
