We're hiring a Business Client Manager to join our friendly team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our business clients, building long-term partnerships and providing expert advice on products and services.
- Guide employees and new customers thought the product’s features and specifics.
- Identify clients’ needs, assemble internal cross-functional teams to address those needs, and manage those activities through to completion.
- Build strong partnerships and maintain communication with clients.
- Grow existing accounts by both cross-selling and upselling.
- Be the voice of the client – you will be their main point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the FinTech sector, ideally in roles such as Business Client Manager, Key Account Manager, or Merchant Underwriting Specialist. AML, KYC, or Merchant Onboarding experience is a plus!
- Stellar English skills (C1 level or higher).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), MS Office (especially Excel & Pivot functions, SharePoint), and creative presentation software like Canva and PowerPoint.
- A winning personality with stress resistance, the ability to prioritize tasks on the fly, and a knack for diffusing tension with a dash of humor.
