We are looking for a customer support specialist for our newest client – an international company providing background checks and employment screenings through innovative, web-based technology.
YOUR ROLE:
- Help users and clients use the platform (email, chat, and phone communication).
- Provide support with the online form, status of the application, and registration to the system.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
- Follow guidelines and policies; execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good customer orientation.
