YOUR ROLE:

- Develop and maintain relationships with gamers across Europe over chat and email.
- Communicate with existing clients in different forums and help them use the company's merchandise.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
- Execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.
- Meet predetermined targets and represent the company professionally.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English is a must.
- Interest in the gaming world and desire to adapt your knowledge in terms of game innovations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in client services or solid gaming experience will be considered an advantage (e.g. knowledge of Discord and Reddit).
