We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to work for our client – an international company providing background checks and employment screenings, through an innovative, web-based technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist users and clients in using the platform via email, chat, and phone communication.
• Provide support with online forms, application status updates, and registration to the system.
• Ensure the delivery of the highest level of customer service, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Follow company guidelines and policies while executing an organized, efficient, and structured working process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that clients may encounter while using the platform.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of client inquiries and resolutions.
Required Skills:
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (C1 level proficiency in both languages).
• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
