You will play a key role in shaping both our employer branding and business communication strategies , contributing to Pontica’s positioning, engagement, and brand presence across multiple channels. What you will do in this role: Support the development and execution of integrated communication strategies, aligned with company goals. Own the creation, publishing and management of content across all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, TikTok). Create engaging and high-quality business content, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership materials. Contribute to the creation of employer branding content across various formats and channels. Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to transform ideas into impactful communication. Analyze content performance and optimize based on data, insights, and trends. What skills are needed: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven experience in content creation and copywriting. Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Ability to analyze social media performance data and continuously improve content effectiveness. Familiarity with content marketing tools, analytics platforms, and task management tools. Curious, creative, and eager to learn and understand the business in depth.
