- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information on our products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.
- Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process.
- Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) is a must.
- Previous experience in client services and interest in logistics will be a huge advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good customer orientation.
