Our client is an award winning fintech company that allows businesses to experience instant financial services. Their open banking platform is utilized to build financial apps that connect to bank data, enabling instant payments and withdrawals, and “three clicks” verification process.

As we are growing fast, we are looking for Customer Support Specialist with English to join our team in Sofia.

YOUR ROLE:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers over chat,email and phone. 
  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Protecting confidential and sensitive information and materials
  • Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in the financial industry would be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • Excellent computer literacy;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Very good customer orientation;
  • Previous experience in client services will be considered an advantage.
