We’re looking for a passionate Employee Development Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll help our employees grow by designing, delivering, and managing impactful training programs.
Your Day-to-Day missions:
- Identify employee training needs with support from the HR team.
- Create and deliver engaging soft skills training sessions.
- Track training progress and share updates with your team.
- Collect feedback to improve training programs.
- Be the go-to person for training-related questions and ensure smooth communication with everyone involved.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a dynamic environment (e.g., BPO).
- Basic understanding of the training lifecycle, including designing and evaluating learning initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others grow.
- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems is a plus.
