What you will do in this role: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Provide detailed information on our products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points. Understand customer needs and offer tailored advice to help them choose the best product. Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Meet and exceed customer service and sales targets set by the management. What skills are needed: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2) is a must. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to persuade and negotiate in a friendly, non-aggressive manner.
