- Develop and maintain relationships with customers mainly over chat and email.
- Review and refund suspicious deposits made by clients on the platform.
- Request and review client ID documents when necessary.
- Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process.
- Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in the sports betting industry/client services will be a huge advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good customer orientation.
