YOUR ROLE:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers mainly over chat and email.
Review and refund suspicious deposits made by clients on the platform.
Request and review client ID documents when necessary.
Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process.
Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
High command of written Spanish (good knowledge of English will be a plus).
Previous experience in the sports betting industry/client services will be a huge advantage.
Excellent computer literacy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Very good customer orientation.
