YOUR ROLE:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers mainly over chat and email.
  • Review and refund suspicious deposits made by clients on the platform.
  • Request and review client ID documents when necessary.
  • Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process.
  • Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • High command of written Spanish (good knowledge of English will be a plus).
  • Previous experience in the sports betting industry/client services will be a huge advantage.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Very good customer orientation.
