As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficient team performance. What you will do in this role: Train, coach, and organize the Customer Service and Technical Support teams, prioritize workloads, gather, and centralize knowledge. Help your team improve their skills and KPIs. Handle challenging cases, and research requests and ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service. Execute regular reporting, monthly presentations, performance, and quality evaluations of the team. Constantly look for ways to improve the processes and procedures within the project. Meet predetermined targets and represent the company professionally. What skills are needed: Proven working experience as a Supervisor/Team Lead, or relevant role in the BPO sector. Fluency in English is a must. Previous experience in the renewable energy industry is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent communication, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Positive and target-driven professional curious about technology/solar energy systems.
