As a Talent Acquisition Intern , you’ll be at the heart of our hiring process—crafting job ads, connecting with candidates, and learning what it takes to build amazing teams in a global environment. Join us for a 3-month internship journey where you’ll gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into the world of Talent Acquisition. What would you do on this internship: Create and post job ads across various platforms. Review CVs and assist with pre-screening candidates. Help schedule interviews and maintain smooth communication with applicants. Support the team in improving recruitment processes and candidate experience. Research market trends and talent pools to stay ahead in hiring strategies. Join recruitment initiatives like career fairs and events. Who we seek : Fluent English (C1) written and spoken. Proficiency in German or Spanish would be considered as a plus. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proactive, positive, and ready to work in a team. Education in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields is an advantage. Strong desire to learn and develop.
