Our client is a distinguished French company, that specializes in designing, organizing, and managing training programs for international corporations, primarily in the insurance, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries. As they continue to expand their business, they are seeking an experienced Team Manager to play a vital role in planning and coordinating the entire training process.


Your Impact: Shaping Training Excellence

As the Team Manager, your role is pivotal in enhancing the performance of the Training Coordinators’ team. You will be responsible for improving their skills and KPIs, as well as overseeing the selection, training, and professional development of specialists. Managing correspondence with the company’s partners, providers, and clients is a key aspect, along with ensuring the completion of training files and reports, and effective budget management. Regular reporting to both the client and C-level management at Pontica is part of your responsibilities. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead/Team Manager/Supervisor in the HR/Learning and Development field.
  • Excellent knowledge of French is a must (English is advantageous).
  • High computer literacy; proficiency with Office 365, especially Excel. Experience with CRM or other software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage people and prioritize time effectively.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dynamic, innovative, and target-driven.
