We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support customers after the installation and commissioning of our residential and C&I energy storage products. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping us continuously enhance the customer experience. What you will do in this role: Oversee troubleshooting, hotline support, and service escalations via email and phone. Provide remote troubleshooting for C&I and residential energy storage products. Conduct diagnostics and repair system faults efficiently. Support installers and customers with technical inquiries and service requests. Maintain detailed service records and reports. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Travel across Bulgaria to customer sites, solar plants, and energy storage installations to provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, commissioning support, and technical assistance. Occasional international travel within Europe may be required as the business expands and new projects are developed. What skills are needed: Fluency in Italian and English . 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or field engineering within the solar, battery storage (ESS), inverter, or power electronics industry. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
