YOUR ROLE:
- Record, track, and document L2 Integrations problem-solving processes including actions taken through to the final resolution
- Respond in a timely manner to L2 Integration requests and issues
- Communicate and provide remote L2 support to end users (mostly accountants and CFO)
- Install and configure software in Windows environment
- Managing Installation of API and connectors between the company and the customers, including handling communication of requirements to the customer
- Respond to L2 Integration tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
- Reports and documentation about L2 processes to the L2 Manager and communicates to other teams
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent level in Spanish language, both written and spoken
- Professional English, both written and spoken
- A good general knowledge of computer architecture is required :
– Windows
– API’s
– RDP
– Networks
– Databases
