YOUR ROLE:

  • Record, track, and document L2 Integrations problem-solving processes including actions taken through to the final resolution
  • Respond in a timely manner to L2 Integration requests and issues
  • Communicate and provide remote L2 support to end users (mostly accountants and CFO)
  • Install and configure software in Windows environment
  • Managing Installation of API and connectors between the company and the customers, including handling communication of requirements to the customer
  • Respond to L2 Integration tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
  • Reports and documentation about L2 processes to the L2 Manager and communicates to other teams

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent level in Spanish language, both written and spoken
  • Professional English, both written and spoken
  • A good general knowledge of computer architecture is required :
    – Windows
    – API’s
    – RDP
    – Networks
    – Databases
