Key responsibilities:

• Provide 1st level support for IT systems, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot POS (Point of sale) and logistics system issues (hardware/software).
• Manage Active Directory permissions and user access.
• Support technical queries on TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android).
• Log and manage incidents using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Deliver clear communication and excellent customer service.

Required skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swiss German/German and English.
• Proven experience in 1st level IT support or a similar technical support role, minimum 1 year.
• Experience with Office 365 is a must.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory (AD) permissions and user access management.
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN, experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and logistics systems (hardware/software).
• Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and incident management processes.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
• Experience in managing a team would be considered as a plus.
