What you will do in this role: Participate in a structured onboarding and training program focused on renewable energy technologies and energy management solutions. Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer experience teams to resolve customer requests. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided. Develop troubleshooting and analytical skills through daily exposure to technical cases. Travel across Bulgaria to customer sites, solar plants, and energy storage installations to provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, commissioning support, and technical assistance. Occasional international travel within Europe may be required as the business expands and new projects are developed. What skills are needed: Bachelor’s degree (or currently graduating) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, Electronics, or a related technical field; Graduates from Electrical Engineering Vocational High Schools (Electrotechnical Schools) are also encouraged to apply. Excellent command of English. Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish, French, or Swedish. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
