We are looking for a motivated Training Expert to join our Training Department in Sofia or Varna.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal teams.
  • Create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
  • Conduct live training sessions (in-person and online).
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to improve content and delivery.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and hands-on training sessions.
  • Ensure that training materials are accessible and user-friendly.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees with product training.
  • Manage training schedules and logistics.
  • Create assessments and quizzes to evaluate training effectiveness.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Training.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
  • Experience with content creation software will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required. Your knowledge of additional language will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
