Your role will involve actively supporting the Operations department in their day-to-day activities, ensuring an exceptional ride experience for customers. You will be responsible for assisting both passengers and drivers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Whether you provide immediate solutions or guide them to the appropriate department, you will play a pivotal role in our daily operations from day one. YOUR ROLE:

  • Answering incoming requests via the available contact channels (Phone, Email, Chat);
  • Live monitoring of our global platform;
  • Administrating bookings in our system;
  • Conducting ad-hoc tasks to ensure a smooth pickup for our customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Very good level of French and English
  • Previous experience working in a customer service-based role will be an asset;
  • A positive attitude and the ability to deliver a first-class customer experience;
  • It is essential that you have a professional manner and excellent communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented, good listener;
  • Problem-solving skills and a ''can do'' attitude;
  • Very good work organization.
