Hunting and Farming: How to turn opportunities into clients.
Our Co-Founder Ivan Georgiev was invited as a guest speaker in the ‘Management of Outsourcing Projects and Companies’ course (part of the master’s program in Outsourcing at Sofia University). The master’s program is a joint initiative between FEBA and AIBEST, which Pontica Solutions is a member of. The course has a strong practical orientation and aims to develop skills and competences for solving real business cases in various fields of outsourcing and offshoring.
Ivan Georgiev gave a virtual lecture on how to turn opportunities into real clients, which included:
- Explanation of the sales process and its stages.
- Clarification of the differences between hunting and farming.
- How hunting and farming are done in BPO.
- Recommendations and methods for building valuable relationships with clients.
