# People of Pontica – Hristiana Bachvarova

##### **My Story**

Hey there! I am Hristiana and I am working for a French project. I left my hometown when I was 13 years old. I went to a language high school in Veliko Tarnovo where I studied French and English. Afterwards, I started my Law degree at the University of Veliko Tarnovo and five years later I completed it at the Universite de Lorraine in France. As if it was not enough, I decided to also pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management in France. Last year, I completed my studies with a master’s degree in International Management Import Export also in France.

A year ago, because of the sanitary crisis, I came back home to Bulgaria. Then the recruitment team of Pontica reached out to me with an offer to become part of the team. It was an important decision to make – am I going to stay in Bulgaria or will I go back to France? Now, I am happy to say that Pontica helped me to take the decision to stay home here in Bulgaria. At the same time, working for a French project helps me keep my connection to France.

##### **My Motivation**

I like the dynamic that my position offers me. Also, working with a young, motivated and positive team gives me a drive to succeed.

##### **Hristiana after work**

I am a huge animal lover!! Also, I love to spend time with my friends and family. Playing board games is also one of my things. Additionally, I am a cooking enthusiast, and my specialty is baking and decorating cakes for special occasions.
