**My story**

When I joined Pontica in October 2023, I knew I was stepping into something special. With two years of leadership experience and a passion for problem-solving, I was excited to grow alongside a company that truly cares.
Today, I manage an incredible team on a clean energy-based project. Contributing to a sustainable future while supporting this lovely team is the most rewarding part of my role.
Off the clock, I find inspiration behind a camera lens, capturing life’s beauty, or I kick back with a great movie.

**What do you love the most about your job?** – What I love most is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact – whether it’s supporting my colleagues, solving challenges, or celebrating successes together as a team. 🎉

**What is your favorite Pontica-related memory?** – Every day at Pontica feels like a new answer to that question, with memorable moments found in shared laughs, overcoming challenges, or the uplifting energy of my colleagues. 🌟
