##### **My Story**

My career voyage started after I graduated high school and dived into the world of outsourcing and customer care, building experience in the area for more than 5 years now. With the start of the new year, I also began my new journey at Pontica. Seeing the challenging and at the same time motivating and engaging culture made me feel this is the right place for me. Being part of the Administration gives me the opportunity to work with different teams and be able to broad my horizons not only in the professional plan but as a personal improvement too.

##### **My Motivation**

As cliché as it may sound, everyday life and its shades are the best inspiration and moreover – motivation, that we can find. Personally, there is not only one thing that inspires me, rather there is a piece of inspiration in everything that surrounds us, might that be a beautiful landscape, sunrise or a sunset, an object that we use on a daily basis but have not realized its potential or even my dog.

##### **Iva after work**

Outside of work really becomes “me time” and recently I tend to do things which I have not done in the past and to explore different aspects of life. Not so long ago I started watercolor painting (not that I am any good at it but my goal is definitely not to compete :D) and, something that is very, very far from me when it comes to any sports activities, I started roller skating, again not very good but definitely passionate about it. All-time favorites still are practicing national folklore dances and for the rainy days – cozy snuggled on the sofa with a book, some coffee and obligatory a blanket. Spending time with loved ones and my dog. A sneak peek at my to-do list reveals riding a hot air balloon.
