**My Story**

Before joining Pontica, I had never worked in an office and was eager to experience it. Fortunately, a friend who already worked at Pontica referred me. After a few interviews, I became part of the team as a customer service agent in one of the company’s largest projects serving the US market. From the start, I met great people and realized the positive, human atmosphere that motivated me to grow and continue my journey. Over the next year, I developed new skills that helped me improve my performance.

Later, a new opportunity came up—a game-related project. As a passionate gamer, I was excited about the chance to work on something I really enjoyed, so I decided to apply for the position. Now, I am continuing my journey in this project and truly enjoying it.
