Ars longa, vita brevis
Kristina Pekova, Client Success Manager/ Shift leader
I am currently in the last year of my bachelor’s degree – studying International Economic Relations at the University of National and World Economy. After my graduation, I am planning to proceed with a masters’ degree in the sphere of international relations. I joined Pontica in June 2021 as a Customer Care Specialist and five months later I was promoted to Shift Leader. The project I work in is different from what I had experience in, so I found it a bit challenging in the beginning. However, I am happy that I get to work with such an amazing team and that I managed to improve my personal skills.
The thing that drives me forward is that I always look to improve myself. I enjoy time spent around driven, goal-oriented people and sharing our passions. Even though I like these things, I know how to keep the balance between work and enjoyment, and manage to apply them in my daily life. Тhe office atmosphere is really enjoyable and due to my artistic nature, I tend to think outside of the box, which helps me in my work.
Kristina after work
After work you can find me mostly at home, reading a book or watching anime. However, I also have a passion for art, and I draw. Currently, I am working on making it into something more than a hobby. Bulgarian folklore is something that was a part of my childhood for a long time, and I used to practice dancing for about 5 years. Recently I decided to take up salsa, and I couldn’t be happier. During the winter times, I enjoy skiing and figure skating with my friends. These activities will always bring me joy and charge me with energy.
