From heartfelt initiatives to buzzing events, Q3 was a whirlwind of commitment and engagement.** **Preserving our planet: Environmental cleanup Initiatives** In line with our steadfast commitment to environmental sustainability under the **#wesupportthePLANET** [**CSR**](https://ponticasolutions.com/corporate-social-responsibility/)** vertical**, for another consecutive year our teams embarked on several impactful cleanup initiatives. We rolled up our sleeves and we organized cleanups in: - Sofia at [**Nature Park Vitosha**](https://www.nature-experience-bulgaria.com/nature-parks/vitosha-nature-park/), Iglikina Polyana which we [**adopted**](https://ponticasolutions.com/pontica-solutions-officially-adopted-a-hiking-trail-in-vitosha-mountain/) in 2022. Since then, it has become our mission to keep the area clean and well-maintained. Therefore, we gathered to paint and renovate the playgrounds, clean-up the area so everyone can enjoy it. - Varna at the [**IV French Language High School**](https://4egvarna.com/)**;**** **For another consecutive year, we supported the young as we cleaned the school yard, planted trees and flowers, and contributed to an inspiring and productive environment for the students! - Burgas Central Beach which is part of the sea treasure of Burgas. Our team put effort to keep it nice, shiny, and inviting. These efforts were a testament to our dedication to preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings. **Empowering the youth: Supporting entrepreneurship and education** Under our **#wesupporttheYOUNG** [**CSR**](https://ponticasolutions.com/corporate-social-responsibility/) **vertical**, we continued to invest in the future by supporting several initiatives that empower the youth. We lent our support to [**Able Weekend Activator**](https://ponticasolutions.com/pontica-solutions-supported-able-weekend-activator-in-burgas/) in Burgas, where young and aspiring entrepreneurs bring their inspiring ideas forward. Our CAO Kameliya Atanasova took part in the judge panel who lent their expertise, knowledge, and encouragement to the participants. We also supported [**Alliance Française de Varna**](https://www.afvarna.org/) at the Day of European Languages, and IV French High School in Varna with a generous furniture donation. Education is the cornerstone of progress, and we are proud to be a part of it. **Key insights: Attending valuable business and career events** Q3 saw our team actively participating in many large business and career events. We had an incredible experience at the biggest Southeastern outsourcing event – the [**SEE Innovation, Technology, and Sourcing Summit 2023**](https://seeitssummit.com/) organized by **the [Association for Innovation, Business Excellence, Services, and Technology (AIBEST)](https://aibest.org/)**. During the event, our CEO and co-founder Evgeni Borisov stepped on the stage as a speaker, leading an insightful discussion on cutting-edge technologies that are reshaping industries, harnessing technologies to create remarkable [**customer experiences**](https://ponticasolutions.com/solutions/customer-experience-solutions/), fostering regional growth and economic development through digital transformation, and more. Together with **[ICT Cluster Burgas](https://ictc-burgas.org/en)**, we had the amazing opportunity to be part of the business delegation which attended **[Oslo Innovation Week 2023](https://oiw.no/)**, one of the biggest Innovation events, gathering more than 15,000+ professionals, and the experience was nothing short of transformative. The expert speakers from various industries shared their knowledge and experiences, shedding light on the latest trends, emerging technologies, and disruptive ideas that are shaping the world. Last but not least, we had a blast at the 2023 [**Tuk-Tam Hive**](https://tuk-tam.bg/hive), one of the biggest and most exciting career events in Bulgaria. Our team had a fantastic time connecting with talented individuals who are passionate about their careers and eager to make a meaningful impact in the professional world. These events provided a platform for learning, networking, and staying at the forefront of industry trends. **Summer vibes: Fun and engaging initiatives** Work hard, play harder! – we infused some summer fun into our office environment with three engaging summer initiatives: Picnic Day, Ice Cream Day, and Watermelon Wednesday. These events brought our teams together, fostering a sense of team spirit and relaxation amid our busy workdays. As we move forward into the final quarter of 2023, we do so with a renewed commitment to excellence and a passion for making a difference.
