My Story

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Foreign Languages from Italy. After returning to Bulgaria in 2020, I started working in customer and technical support roles using English and later Italian. I advanced to a senior position where I led a team by organizing tasks, monitoring performance, and holding regular meetings.

In September 2024, I joined Pontica as a Sales Specialist with Italian. Motivated by the B2B environment, I quickly progressed and was promoted to Shift Lead. I currently lead a team of six within the Experience and Partner Development Support department.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing football, spending time in nature, reading crime novels, and gaming.

What do you love the most about your job? – That I’m in contact with people. 🤝

What is your favorite Pontica-related memory? – When I got the call that I got the job, I wanted that much. 🎉
