Pontica Solutions proudly engaged with the vibrant atmosphere of Career Days Varna on April 13th. With 30 participating employers and an impressive turnout of 650 visitors, the event served as a dynamic platform for employers and aspiring professionals to connect. At Career Days Varna, our team provided valuable insights into Pontica's dynamic culture and unwavering commitment to supporting the industry ecosystem.

AIBEST national roadshow "The Road to Your Success" in Veliko Tarnovo & Burgas

Pontica Solutions actively contributed to the national roadshow, organized by the Association for Innovation, Business Excellence, Services, and Technology (AIBEST), which is dedicated to promoting opportunities in the business services and technology sector. Aptly named "The Road to Your Success," this national roadshow aims to raise awareness about career development opportunities for young people in Bulgaria and the potential growth that the knowledge industry can bring to local economies.

Highlights from the AIBEST Roadshow:

• Yoanna Dimova, our Head of Talent, represented Pontica in Burgas in front of young professionals interested in the outsourcing sector. She also had the chance to catch up with other industry representatives and discuss opportunities for future collaborations, together with local authorities.
• Kameliya Atanasova, our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), participated in a round table with the government and other representatives in Burgas. Kameliya shared insights from the roundtable discussion, which included strategies for the active involvement of the business in regional development and education, and ideas for empowering the career development of students.
