Pontica is proud to continue and expand its long‑term commitment to outsourcing education by actively supporting the Master’s Programme in Outsourcing & Business Development at the University of Economics – Varna, developed in partnership with AIBEST.
This milestone marks an important next step in a journey that began in 2019, when the programme was first launched at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in collaboration with AIBEST. Pontica Solutions was among the first companies to support the programme, contributing to its popularisation, participating in its development, and actively engaging through guest lecturers from practice.
Today, as the programme expands to Varna – one of Bulgaria’s major outsourcing and business hubs – Pontica reaffirms its role as a strategic partner, once again serving as a bridge between academic education and real‑world business practice.
From Sofia to Varna: A programme gaining momentum
Since its launch, the Master’s Programme in Outsourcing & Business Development has addressed a clear need in the Bulgarian services ecosystem: education that reflects how outsourcing works in practice.

Launch Event at the University of Economics – Varna
The official presentation of the programme in will take place on April 29, 2026, at the University of Economics – Varna.
