One of the standout achievements across Q2 – Q3 was receiving a Gold Stevie® Award for Great Employers 2026 for the development and implementation of our proprietary HRM platform. Developed entirely in-house, the platform brings employee processes, automation, AI-powered functionality, and real-time insights into one connected experience. With 100% employee adoption achieved within two months and a 32% reduction in HR administrative workload, the recognition marks an important milestone in our continued investment in smarter, more effective ways of working
Contributing to Industry Dialogue
Over the previous two quarters, Pontica Solutions participated in a range of leading events across Europe, including SSON Shared Services & Outsourcing Week Europe, Money20/20 Europe, CX in Financial Services in London & the Game Quality Forum Global in Krakow adding to conversations on AI, customer experience, and business transformation.
These events created valuable opportunities to exchange perspectives with industry leaders and explore how AI, customer experience, technology, and operations are reshaping the way businesses grow and evolve.
Shaping Future Careers
Through events such as Bulgaria Wants You and the Step into the Future Career Forum at the Technical University of Varna, Pontica connected with emerging and experienced talent, exchanging perspectives on careers, skills development, and opportunities in today’s evolving workplace.
Charity Beach Volleyball: A Tournament with Purpose
More than 35 teams took part in our Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament, raising funds in support of Teach for Bulgaria (Заедно в час) and their Model Schools program. The initiative marked the fourth consecutive year of bringing communities together around a shared goal: supporting educational opportunities and creating positive local impact.
Connecting Beyond the Workplace
