Building Trust Through Communication: Empowering Educational Leaders at Pontica

We hosted a workshop supporting school leaders in developing emotional intelligence and effective communication

On April 23rd, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of school principals from ICT Cluster Varna to our Varna office for a specialized workshop titled “Communication That Builds Trust”. This initiative is part of our ongoing partnership with the ICT Cluster and reflects our belief in creating bridges between the business and education sectors.

The workshop was led by Yoanna Dimova, our Head of Talent, and Nikolay Zheynov, Co-founder of Eduboom and Ucha.se. Together, they guided participants through an interactive session focused on emotional intelligence and the power of authentic communication in leadership roles.

The discussion explored how empathy, active listening, and self-awareness are key elements in building trust, especially in the complex environment of today’s educational institutions. Participants also tackled real-life challenges from their schools, sharing experiences and learning from one another in a space designed for openness and connection.
