Your role:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of specialists, fostering engagement, accountability, high performance, and continuous professional development through regular 1:1 meetings, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Monitor and manage team performance through KPIs, productivity metrics, quality standards, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure effective workload distribution, prioritization, and resource planning while promoting a customer-centric and consultative approach across all interactions.
• Leverage CRM tools, reporting, and performance insights to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support team performance and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, service quality, and overall business outcomes.

What skills are needed:

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or people management role within a BPO, customer service, sales, account management, or similar environment, including managing teams of 10+ employees.
• Previous experience leading sales-oriented or target-driven teams is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools; HubSpot experience is a significant advantage.
• Ability to analyse performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills combined with a proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented leadership style.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
