What you will do in this role:
- Participate in a structured onboarding and training program focused on renewable energy technologies and energy management solutions.
- Support customers and business partners via phone and email.
- Assist with product-related and basic technical inquiries regarding renewable energy systems.
- Learn how energy storage systems, smart inverters, EV chargers, and other sustainable technologies operate in real-world applications.
- Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer experience teams to resolve customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Develop troubleshooting and analytical skills through daily exposure to technical cases.
- Travel across Bulgaria to customer sites, solar plants, and energy storage installations to provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, commissioning support, and technical assistance. Occasional international travel within Europe may be required as the business expands and new projects are developed.
What skills are needed:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently graduating) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, Electronics, or a related technical field; Graduates from Electrical Engineering Vocational High Schools (Electrotechnical Schools) are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of English.
- Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish, French, or Swedish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and sustainable energy solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in an international environment.
- Motivation to learn and grow within the renewable energy sector.
