My Story

My story starts back in 2010 when I moved permanently to Bulgaria from the UK, after spending a few months travelling around Europe. Having previous management experience in Leisure, retail and hospitality, starting as a specialist in a contact centre was a new experience for me. Although that position lead me on a path to where I am today as the Account Director in Pontica Solutions.
I've known Evgeni and Ivan for over 10 years, so joining Pontica for me was an easy decision and allowed me to continue my journey in BPO and help support and grow the business at the same time.
I am most proud of the people who work closely with me each day, to help develop and grow the skillset of all team members and open up doors to careers that people might not yet even consider.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 6 year old son, going to trampolining, bowling, fun centres and the cinema. As well as the above, I also make my own beer and enjoy time out at my house near Samokov.
