My Story

Years ago, I worked in a similar position, but in a different company. Unfortunately, the people around me, weren’t “my people”, so I started looking for the right job. A job where I can not only grow, but also feel good with the team and exchange good vibes and ideas. Then I found Pontica and started working for Stuart. It was love at first sight. When I joined the project I was communicating and helping the partners, now I am working with the clients and I have my dreams and plans to grow more and more.

My Motivation

My motivation is always the people. I have my psychology degree and so I really enjoy to explore the people, the emotions, live challenges and solving problems. I do believe, that in the right environment every flower can bloom and grow stronger. That is why I love working in Pontica, because every issue on our way can be fixed, as long as we work as a team and appreciate each other.

I can say I am a person of art – I love to sing, write and to draw. I spend my free time hiking, chasing sunsets and learning how to be happier every day.
