My Story

After around 5 years of sailing the “Seven seas” as a casino dealer, I have decided to “dock my boat” permanently in Varna. After a long-needed break, Pontica and I have found each other in the autumn of 2020. I started my career as Client Success Specialist, climbed to Shift lead and before my second-year anniversary with the company I was given the chance to grow as a Supervisor, which is my current role.

From the very beginning when I met the founders of the company, I was able to feel their positive energy and notice the dedication they put into making Pontica the successful company it is today. I knew that I want to grow in the company, and this motivated me to develop my skills and gave me back the faith that there are great companies in Bulgaria and it’s worth to stay here.
