My Story

I have lived and studied hospitality in France for 5 years and decided to come back to Bulgaria to pursue a career and apply all the knowledge and experience which I have gained abroad. Although Varna is a very popular touristic destination, the hospitality industry only offers short term occupation during the summer. Luckily, a friеnd of mine had mentioned the opportunities and carеer path which Pontica has to offer and I was referred to join the company as a Customer Support Specialist with French.

Not long after, a recruitment position was available which I found very interesting, challenging, and dynamic. That is how I decided to change my career path in Pontica as a Junior Recruitment Specialist. The following year I was presented with the opportunity to become a Senior Recruitment Specialist, which is my current occupation. My dedication to develop myself and pursue new career heights is continuous as well as the desire to help other ambitious individuals to find their dream job and start their career in a growing Bulgarian company!
