"Normal is an illusion."
I started working at Pontica in May 2020 because my best friend, Iva Lilova, referred me. It has been a rollercoaster ride managing our professional and personal lives during the pandemic. I think we’ve both grown more as people because of it, as well as professionally in Pontica since I am now a Shift Leader at Elvie, and she is a Junior Trainer for a few of Pontica’s biggest projects.
My inspiration and motivation come from art and all its forms. Music, graphic novels, tattoos, drag, they are all a valid form of art and I enjoy being surrounded by them.
Right now I don’t have a lot of free time as work and university take up a big part of my day-to-day life. However, whenever I can, I go out with my friends in drag to party and celebrate Sofia’s queer nightlife even though it’s still an underground scene. I also enjoy watching movies and reading graphic novels in my spare time. I wish to start sewing soon, both as a hobby and one day professionally, so I can make my own clothes and hopefully one day my own clothing line.
