My Story

I decided to return to Bulgaria back in 2021 after receiving my Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology in Germany. My very first work experience began with joining Pontica, which was and continues to be a very welcoming, fast-growing company with an amazing team of people and an awesome work environment.

I am very happy to be a part of a project for the company's biggest clients for almost two years now and be able to improve the customer journey of real people every day. I am constantly challenged to push myself and adapt to changes within the dynamic environment and I value the opportunity to do that as it helps me grow. I am excited to see what the future brings, and I am confident about my development within the company.

What do you love the most about your job? - The freedom to grow alongside great people

What is your favorite Pontica-related memory? - The team building last summer in Borovets which was a day of fun and joy. Our team won 3rd place at the organized games for the day
