My Story

This was probably my best most random decision I have made. Before I joined Pontica, I was working as a bartender for about 1-2 years. Due to the pandemic, I had to quit my job and look for another opportunity and that’s when I heard about a friend working in this interesting environment, so I decided to give it a go and see what’s it all about. Here I am 2 years later, enjoying my work just as much as I did on my first day when I started as a specialist. During my whole period in the Stuart project, I have been promoted to a Shift Lead, and several months later, to a Supervisor. What an amazing journey!

My Motivation

The main thing that has been motivating me on a personal and career level has always been progress. Being able to witness and being a part of the evolving process of something really inspires me and motivates me to push even further and step out of my comfort zones, which has also helped me grow on a personal level. I have created many friendships here and I also feel extremely blessed with the opportunity to work side-by-side with my best friend – Zhak Stoilov.

After work I like to spend my time hanging out with friends or have the occasional PC gaming session. Going out for the occasional drink on Friday evenings is also something I tend to enjoy.
