My Story

I always had a great interest in understanding communication between people, so studying Translation made a lot of sense. After a couple of years working as a video games translator, I decided to change the direction and work in companies where I could have a bigger impact. I started working in HR outsourcing, and I was able to combine my experience in video games with everything I learned about communication at University.

Very soon I had the chance to help others with my experience and points of view, and then I understood that making my surroundings a better place and being there for others was my passion. And that’s how I came to Pontica! The Sharkmob project was the perfect opportunity for me to put all these ideas into practice. Here I found immense support from an all-stars team and humans of the highest caliber.

My Motivation

I have the deep conviction that the world can be a much better place, and when people work together, we can achieve the unimaginable. On the other hand, I have a huge ambition to improve as a person in every area and to break conventions – to see how far one (and we) can get.

These two together always make me want to push further and enjoy what I do so much.

When I’m not working, I like to focus on any kind of sport, explore the corners of the world and spend time with the people I love. I am an adventure junkie, so you will often see me drifting, climbing, playing Escape from Tarkov, and doing anything that makes me question my life decisions.
