I’ve been in the BPO industry for more than 7 years now and it has been an amazing journey so far. As a certified teacher, being a Training Manager has been my calling and I’m immensely thankful to all the people I’ve met throughout the years who have helped me become the person I am today. I’ve had the chance to be involved in different projects and meet people from all around the world.
Helping people, guiding them along the way and seeing them grow is what I value the most in my current position. Each day hides a different challenge and I’m looking forward to facing each with a smile
I love spending my free time either with my friends and loved ones or somewhere secluded with a book in hand. At the same time, I’m an active person and I try to train as much as I can so that I can be healthy and stay in shape. I prefer swimming to hitting the gym, but I also tend to train at home from time to time.
