I have lived in UK for 20 years where I worked in the hospitality industry. I moved to Poland with my family in 2018 and had my first experience with a competitor BPO company until in December 21 I moved to Pontica. I decided to join this fast-growing company for the opportunities that it would offer and I felt like I will really thrive.
Challenges in our office come with a daily frequency and that is a constant motivator factor. The team I managed has almost doubled in size since I joined the company… and that shows how challenging the job can be!
After work, I spend time with my family, and enjoy going for long walks with my dog. I also like running and playing tennis.
