"Mindset is everything."
My career journey didn’t start too long ago. For some time, I worked in customer support which motivated me to learn more in the field of customer experience (CX). Then I decided to continue develop my skills and discover new things, which led me to Pontica. I was interested in other areas of work and at that time one of my current colleagues suggested that I apply for one of Pontica’s projects. In all honesty, I am very happy that she gave me this opportunity. Currently I have been in Pontica for 6 months and I like it a lot, it allows me to grow with each day passing and discover new and exciting things about my work
No matter the context, I love seeing actual results when I do something. Be it throughout my work or when I do my hobbies, seeing that the people around me are happy and fulfilled because of something I did is very rewarding. I enjoy success when it comes to new projects especially. In my work, I face a new and exciting challenge almost every day!
I usually spend my time with my friends and family. Lately, I’ve also been focusing on my studies and have discovered new sports. I also love to travel and do wild things. I’m not the kind of person who can stay in one place for long, I like to stay active and keep myself busy and stimulated.
