My Story

At the end of 2020, I wasn’t seriously looking for a job, I was just looking at the opportunities available at that time. Pontica was the only company I sent my CV to for the Payroll Specialist position, but I didn’t get a call about the position and ended my job search. Three months later (I had already forgotten that I had even applied for the position), I got a call from Recruitment about a new open position in their same department. I was happy but also unsure whether to leave my current employer after working there for six years. After I did a little research about the company’s priorities and the business opportunities they offer, I finally decided to join the Pontica team. Fast forward to today, this was one of my best career decisions!

What do you love the most about your job? – The transparency and professionalism ⭐

What is your favorite Pontica-related memory?  – Thirsty/Hungry Thursday – our tradition to go out with the team after work
